With some projects it is not possible to
establish the complexity and resources required in advance and the assignment will therefore be budgeted on a daily fee rate. For such assignments IDM's daily rate is between £1,000 and £1,500 (exclusive of VAT and expenses).

A client may change from a daily consultancy arrangement to a fixed fee assignment once preliminary research has been completed and the exact nature and scope of the assignment has been determined.

Retention Contracts

IDM will be pleased to offer its services on an annual retention contract based on a specific number of man-days or specific assignments. IDM will offer lower fee rates to reflect its commitment to building long term business relationships.
